Allied Telesis operating systems, AlliedWare™ and AlliedWare Plus™, have been specifically designed to optimize the performance of your Allied Telesis products.
Both operating systems are standards-based and assure full interoperability with other major network equipment. In addition, they provide fully featured security, QoS, and multicasting support.
AlliedWare
AlliedWare is our fully-featured first generation operating system. It serves as the foundation for our original Layer 3 switches and routers.
AlliedWare Plus
AlliedWare Plus is our next generation operating system. It employs a new modular approach to software creation and distribution, and provides even more features and greater robustness from Allied Telesis products. AlliedWare Plus features an industry-standard CLI and Virtual Chassis Stacking.
